1. Service Overview (சேவை கண்ணோட்டம்)

MJ SMART STUDIO is a cloud-based software platform developed for photography studios to manage client photos, videos, and storage using secure cloud technology.
இந்த MJ SMART STUDIO என்பது புகைப்பட ஸ்டுடியோக்கள் தங்கள் கிளையன்ட் புகைப்படங்கள் மற்றும் வீடியோக்களை பாதுகாப்பான கிளவுட் சேமிப்பகத்தில் நிர்வகிக்க உருவாக்கப்பட்ட மென்பொருள் தளமாகும்.

2. User Registration (பயனர் பதிவு)

Users must register using a valid Google account or mobile phone number. Users must provide correct information such as name, studio name, and phone number.
பயனர்கள் செல்லுபடியாகும் கூகிள் கணக்கு அல்லது மொபைல் எண் மூலம் பதிவு செய்ய வேண்டும். பெயர், ஸ்டுடியோ பெயர் மற்றும் தொலைபேசி எண் போன்ற சரியான தகவல்களை வழங்க வேண்டும்.

3. Storage Service & Image Formats (சேமிப்பக சேவை)

MJ SMART STUDIO allows studios to upload and store client photos and videos securely in cloud storage. The platform supports all standard formats including JPG, PNG, WEBP, HEIC, RAW, CR2, NEF, ARW, DNG, MP4, MOV, and AVI.
MJ SMART STUDIO மூலம் ஸ்டுடியோக்கள் தங்கள் கிளையன்ட் புகைப்படங்கள் மற்றும் வீடியோக்களை கிளவுட் சேமிப்பகத்தில் பாதுகாப்பாக பதிவேற்றம் செய்து சேமிக்கலாம். அனைத்து வடிவங்களும் ஆதரிக்கப்படுகின்றன.

4. Storage Pricing & Compressed Image Calculations (சேமிப்பக கட்டணம் & சுருக்கப்பட்ட பட கணக்கீடு)

• Standard Storage Pricing: Cloud storage for original full-resolution media is charged at ₹5 per GB.
• Compressed Image Storage Mode: Studios can optionally enable the Compress Images toggle for specific target events. When enabled, images are converted to optimized WebP format upon upload. Compressed image storage is charged at a special discounted rate of ₹1 per GB (1 GB = ₹1).
• Target Event Lock: Once Compressed Image Mode is used for a Target Event, that event is locked to compressed storage pricing.
• Monthly charges are calculated dynamically based on total utilized storage.

• வழக்கமான சேமிப்பக கட்டணம்: அசல் முழு அளவு மீடியாவிற்கான கிளவுட் சேமிப்பக கட்டணம் 1GBக்கு ₹5 ஆகும்.
• சுருக்கப்பட்ட பட சேமிப்பகம் (Compressed Image): குறிப்பிட்ட நிகழ்வுகளுக்கு சுருக்கப்பட்ட பட பயன்முறையை இயக்கலாம். இதில் பதிவேற்றப்படும் படங்கள் WebP வடிவத்திற்கு மாற்றப்பட்டு 1GBக்கு வெறும் ₹1 என்ற கட்டணத்தில் சேமிக்கப்படும்.
• ஒரு நிகழ்வில் சுருக்கப்பட்ட படங்கள் பதிவேற்றப்பட்டவுடன், அந்நிகழ்வுக்கான சுருக்கப்பட்ட கட்டண முறை நிலையாக பூட்டப்படும்.

5. Billing Cycle & Payment Schedule (பில்லிங் சுழற்சி)

Billing is calculated based on the previous month’s storage usage.
Example: Storage used in March 2026 will be billed in April 2026. Payment must be completed within the first 3–4 days of the new month.

பில்லிங் முந்தைய மாதத்தில் பயன்படுத்திய சேமிப்பக அளவின் அடிப்படையில் கணக்கிடப்படும்.
உதாரணம்: மார்ச் மாதத்தில் பயன்படுத்திய சேமிப்பகத்திற்கான கட்டணம் ஏப்ரல் முதல் வாரத்தில் செலுத்த வேண்டும்.

6. Payment Delay Policy (கட்டண தாமதக் கொள்கை)

If payment is not completed within the allowed period:
• New client creation may be restricted
• Uploaded photos and videos may be temporarily suspended
• Some software features may be temporarily disabled

கட்டணம் குறிப்பிட்ட காலத்திற்குள் செலுத்தப்படாவிட்டால்:
• புதிய கிளையன்ட் உருவாக்கம் தற்காலிகமாக நிறுத்தப்படும்
• பதிவேற்றப்பட்ட புகைப்படங்கள் தற்காலிகமாக இடைநிறுத்தப்படலாம்

7. Long-Term Non-Payment (நீண்ட கால நிலுவைத் தொகை)

If payment remains unpaid for more than 2 months, MJ SMART APPS reserves the right to permanently delete stored client photos and videos.
கட்டணம் 2 மாதங்களுக்கு மேல் செலுத்தப்படாமல் இருந்தால், MJ SMART APPS சேமிக்கப்பட்ட கிளையன்ட் புகைப்படங்கள் மற்றும் வீடியோக்களை நிரந்தரமாக நீக்க உரிமை கொண்டுள்ளது.

8. AI Face Recognition Feature (AI முகம் அறிதல் வசதி)

MJ SMART STUDIO includes an AI-powered face recognition system that automatically scans uploaded images to help clients find and organize photos.
• AI accuracy is approximately 80% – 85%
• Accuracy depends on image quality, lighting, and face angle
• Results are intended only to assist with photo organization

MJ SMART STUDIO மென்பொருளில் AI அடிப்படையிலான முகம் அடையாளம் காணும் வசதி உள்ளது. இது புகைப்படங்களை எளிதில் கண்டறிய மட்டுமே பயன்படுத்தப்படும்.

9. User Responsibilities & Content Ownership (பயனர் பொறுப்புகள்)

Users must ensure that uploaded photos or videos belong to them or that they have explicit permission from their clients. Users retain 100% full ownership of all their creative media.
பயனர்கள் பதிவேற்றும் புகைப்படங்கள் மற்றும் வீடியோக்கள் தங்களுக்கு சொந்தமானவை அல்லது கிளையன்ட் அனுமதி பெற்றவை என்பதை உறுதி செய்ய வேண்டும். பதிவேற்றப்பட்ட மீடியாக்கள் அனைத்தும் ஸ்டுடியோவுக்கே முழுமையாக சொந்தமானது.

10. Service Availability (சேவை கிடைக்கும் தன்மை)

MJ SMART APPS will maintain continuous 24/7 cloud service but cannot guarantee zero interruption due to third-party network, telecommunications, or server outages.

• Studio Name & Owner Name
• Google Account Email & Mobile Phone Number
• Uploaded photos, compressed WebP media, and video assets
• Storage usage metadata and billing statistics

Collected data is used strictly to provide client gallery links, manage storage tracking, perform compressed media optimizations (₹1/GB), and operate the studio management platform.

3. Compressed Image Processing & Security (சுருக்கப்பட்ட பட செயலாக்கம்)

When Compressed Image Mode is enabled, images are processed into WebP format locally or via secure worker pipelines without transmitting raw data to unverified third parties. All compressed media files remain encrypted and private under the studio's cloud tenant.

4. AI Image Processing Privacy (AI பட செயலாக்க தனியுரிமை)

Uploaded images are processed in-browser or secure pipelines solely to detect face descriptors for client photo discovery. Images are never sold, shared, or added to public facial surveillance databases.
பதிவேற்றப்பட்ட படங்கள் முகங்களை கண்டறிந்து கிளையன்ட்கள் புகைப்படங்களை எளிதில் கண்டறிய மட்டுமே AI மூலம் செயலாக்கப்படும். அவை பொது முக அடையாள தரவுத்தளங்களில் ஒருபோதும் சேர்க்கப்படாது.

5. Data Ownership & Intellectual Property (தரவு உரிமை)

All uploaded photos and videos remain the sole property and copyright of the studio user.

6. Data Security & Encryption (தரவு பாதுகாப்பு)

We utilize industry-standard Google Firebase, Google Cloud, and Cloudflare R2 secure storage infrastructure with end-to-end access rules and encrypted transmission.

7. Data Sharing Policy (தரவு பகிர்வு கொள்கை)

MJ SMART APPS never sells, rents, or monetizes user or client data with advertisers or third parties.
